How I can help you

Hi, I’m Meg Fittsgill!

I help women discover vibrant health through targeted nutrition solutions.

You’re in the right place if:

  • You’ve tried health hacks, trends, and diets and still are not seeing results.

  • You feel overloaded with information about “healthy habits” from the internet, friends, and family, yet unsure how to decide what’s really best for you.

  • You suspect that you have food allergies or sensitivities, but don’t want to give up your favorite foods for life.

I’ve been there! For years I struggled to balance my blood sugar, headaches, migraines, allergies, and weight loss. Essential oils were the first thing that helped me begin to heal. I tried so many diets and health hacks, but it was not until I hired a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP) and learned what my specific body needed before I started to see, and more specifically FEEL, the results.

Getting function lab testing to identify my food sensitivities and the root cause of those sensitivities took my health to the next level.

Getting control of my health has had such a big impact on my life that I quit my corporate job and went back to school to become an FNTP. Now I get to help women every day who were just like me find true health! I’d love to help you too!

What is a functional Nutritional Therapy practitioner?

And how is it different from a nutritionist or registered dietitian?

Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner

FNTPs are certified by the Nutritional Therapy Association. FNTPs take a holistic approach to healing and focus primarily on properly prepared, nutrient dense, whole food diets and lifestyle adjustments. We recognize that disease is complex, so we focus on the concept that every individual has a specific generational and geographical makeup that determines their own unique nutritional needs. Many nutrition programs fail because they take a “one size fits all” approach that ignores bio-individuality.

Nutritionist

A nutritionist is someone who advises others on matters of food and nutrition and their impact on health. Most states do not require certification or further education to use the title of nutritionist.

Registered Dietitian

A registered dietitian is a regulated healthcare professional licensed to assess, diagnose, and treat nutritional problems. They usually work in a hospital setting and may have a more western-medicine vs. holistic approach to health.

Are you tired of working harder, eating less, and struggling on your own?

It’s time to stop guessing at your body’s needs.

You can have a professional FNTP help you figure out exactly what’s going on within your body, and get a customized protocol that addresses your personal health needs and goals.

It all starts with setting up a free 30 minute consult.

Imagine if you could. . .

  • Feel energetic and healthy every day

  • Not stress about counting calories or macros

  • Know that the specific foods you are eating are supporting your optimal health goals
